Here at Vale of Evesham Community Church we are passionate about loving God and connecting with people in the Vale of Evesham

What to expect on Sundays

Our Sunday morning celebration starts at 10:30am and typically ends around midday.  The service is a contemporary format with praise and worship, teaching, sharing of what God is doing in our lives, and prayer.

After the service finishes you are welcome to join us for tea, coffee and biscuits (and sometimes cake!) in the lounge.

There is a loop system in the main hall for anyone with hearing difficulties who uses a hearing aid.

If you are unsure of anything, please ask one of the Welcome Team who will be delighted to assist you.

Children

We are a family friendly church, and children of all ages are welcome.

Younger children have their own activities upstairs in the youth hall, usually starting at 11am. Any visiting children are welcome to join in, please ask the Welcome Team if you would like more information.

Teenagers have a regular Connect Bible Study Group which meets in the lounge during the sermon. Connect doesn’t meet every week, so please check the weekly notice sheet.

We have a side room with an audio feed from the main hall, which can be used by parents of babies and toddlers if you need somewhere quiet to go.

There is a table in the corner of the main hall with colouring books, plasticine and other child-friendly materials.

Facilities

There are toilets, including baby change facilities, at both ends of the building. The toilet at the Bewdley Street end is adapated for those with disabilities.

The building has level access at the Waitrose end. If you would like us to move chairs to make space for a wheelchair or disability scooter, please speak to the Welcome Team.

The main hall has a hearing aid loop system for those with hearing difficulties.
